Unit testing from the Progress 4GL

Accessing the AppServer directly is useful for doing unit testing without having to bother with the overhead and inconvenience of managing the Web service deployment environment. This form of testing also eliminates some of the 4GL logic required to access a Web service. However, it can provide a good measure of confidence in the basic integrity of the application service itself.
